In line with the multidimensional flavor profiles, we offer an exciting selection of beverages, including selected wines from small, often environmentally conscious winemakers, cocktails, Japanese spirits, and particularly high-quality teas from Japan, China, and Taiwan.
For our regularly changing tasting menu of six to eight courses, we offer a tea and/or wine pairing curated with care by our tea sommelier and our wine sommelier.
